Coastal Plant Giveaway

Join us for a FREE plant giveaway event at the Perdido Key Community Center! Plants were generously donated from local seed stock collected by Gulf Coast Dune Fencing & Restoration as part of the Pensacola Beach Dune Restoration project. Species available: sea oats, panic grass, sea purslane, blue stem, dune sunflower, blazing star (Liatris sp.), blanket flower, beach morning glory and beach elder. Plants are available on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last and households will be limited to one grouping. Attendees are encouraged to bring small boxes or baskets to transport plants.
