Kiwanis is a group of worldwide volunteers who know that as a group we can achieve what individuals cannot do alone. We are dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time. In our community, the Big Lagoon area of West Pensacola, we accomplish this through service to the community involving numerous programs and events. Our focus is on our youth and preparing them to be healthy, productive citizens in an increasingly challenging world.

Kathy Andrade became the Center Operations Specialist for USO Northwest Florida in early 2024, coordinating programs, outreach, and volunteer recruitment. Prior to joining the USO, Kathy was a Development Manager at United Way of West Florida and had over 22 years of experience in non-clinical and administrative healthcare roles. A former USO volunteer at NAS Pensacola, she is active in several local organizations, including the Baptist Women’s Board Foundation, Pensacola Junior League, and the Pensacola Women’s Alliance. Kathy is married to Robert, a Marine Gulf War Veteran, who is employed with CSX. Originally from Eastern Washington, she moved to Arizona in 1987 and to Pensacola in 2020. Kathy enjoys gardening, antique shopping, and dedicating her time to causes she is passionate about.
